Earlier, WM Entertainment Co., a subsidiary of RBW, signed a comprehensive business transfer agreement with 257 Entertainment and proceeded with post-acquisition integration (PMI) procedures. Accordingly, WM Entertainment Co. comprehensively acquired 257 Entertainment's IP assets, all artist exclusive rights, and the overall business including employees.
