The passion of five-member rookie male band Void (V01D) has spread to Japan.
Void, who debuted in the music scene by releasing the title track "Tug of War" (Tug of War) on Apr. 11, is handling a busy schedule including music show appearances, and drew attention when a large billboard video filmed in Japan appeared on social media.
Agency IX Entertainment said, "We are posting Void's title track "ROCKROCK" (ROCKROCK, 樂樂) and the "Tug of War" music video on the YUNIKA VISION outdoor display in Shinjuku, Tokyo, for one month through mid-April."
A certification event for fans is also underway. Fans who film the billboard and post it on social media are being given signed polaroids and signed debut albums, raising interest in the K-pop rookie band.
Local fans reacted, "I was surprised to hear the song along with the K-band video in the middle of Shinjuku," "I didn't expect a rookie band to carry out promotions in Japan this quickly," and "Interest in Japanese member Shinnosuke is growing," and said, "Void's heartbeat is beating strongly in the heart of Tokyo, Japan," raising expectations for future activities in Japan.
Having released the first mini-album "01," Void is carrying out debut activities with the goal of becoming the "No.1" band, with music, visuals and performance working as a single completed narrative. They have been praised for creating musical waves that are lyrical and intense through music show appearances.
