On the 29th, the tvN program 'After School Teacher Taeri' aired, continuing the story of sports day with world-renowned chef Anh Sung-jae.
To thank Anh Sung-jae for his hard work, Kangnam and Choi Hyun-wook personally prepared dinner. The two proposed Anh Sung-jae's "blind judging," and Anh Sung-jae drew laughter by coolly warning, "Are you two okay?" In response, Kangnam said, "I think I might get a little hurt, but I will try my best," and fired up his fighting spirit.
When the dishes were completed, Anh Sung-jae, wearing a blindfold like a scene from the "Culinary Class Wars," evaluated them together with Kim Taeri. The first menu was boiled pork prepared ambitiously by Kangnam. After tasting the food, Kim Taeri gave a bland assessment, saying, "It's boiled pork, boiled pork," while Anh Sung-jae's palate was sharp.
Anh Sung-jae continued his sharp critique, saying, "I feel the meat should have been cooked a little more," and "When I bit into the raw garlic, the garlic came through and it stung." In an interview, Kangnam said, "As expected, chef Anh Sung-jae is sharp. He's scary," sticking his tongue out.
Next, Anh Sung-jae's probing judgment did not stop at the second dish, the chive pancake prepared by Choi Hyun-wook. Anh Sung-jae commented, "Whether it's scallion or chive, it's been cooked too much, so there's a slightly bitter taste in the mouth." In particular, in a post-show interview Anh Sung-jae candidly said, "When I bit it, I thought it was a snack. It was so crispy, but crispiness is not always good. The ingredients had started to burn and the burnt taste continued," drawing attention.
