Recently, screenshots of a video showing Taemin's recent appearance spread mainly on social media. In the released photos, Taemin drew attention with subtly changed facial features and a slightly fuller look.
In particular, because of this some netizens reacted, "Is this the Taemin I knew?", "The nose line is completely different", "The vibe also feels different", "He seems to have gained weight and the makeup also seems to have changed".
However, some argued, "I think it's just the lighting or angle", "It's just the difference between a front and side view; I don't see a big change", "There were plastic surgery rumors before, but later when seen again he looked the same".
Also, in a recently released YouTube video, Taemin's face did not look significantly different from his previous appearance, so some say that excessive suspicion should be avoided.
