Lee Suhyun of sibling duo AKMU candidly shared her feelings about her brother Lee Chanhyuk's barrage of nagging.
Cable channel tvN's variety show You Quiz on the Block released a preview video on its official channel on March 29 with the description, "The real sibling life of AKMU in an intense shared living experience! Brother Chanhyuk's bombing of nagging that makes younger sister Soohyun sick of it."
MC Yu Jae-seok asked, "You two are living together now, right? I heard Chanhyuk nags a lot?"
In response, Lee Suhyun revealed, "It's beyond imagination. It feels like blood will come out of my ears, I'm totally fed up… it feels like I'm going crazy. I beg him, 'I'm about to lose my mind, please give me 10 seconds to rest,' and he'll do exactly 10 seconds, then start again."
Yu Jae-seok laughed, saying, "The message is, 'You have to think for yourself and live your life well. You have to grow.'"
Lee Chanhyuk said, "I think I'm sharing constructive conversations, but Soohyun interprets them as nagging. I find these conversations interesting. Our dreams, our goals," expressing his view.
At this, Lee Suhyun, making a dazed expression, said, "Every time he says, 'You have to live like this' I..." and added, "The things he says sound so tedious, and I know them… 'I agree with you. But I can't act on it,' and when I say that I know twice as much will come back at me. So… I'm doing it like this. Then my brother says that expression is unacceptable," drawing laughter.
Meanwhile, Lee Suhyun also expressed gratitude on You Quiz on the Block for Lee Chanhyuk, who rescued her from a slump. Lee Suhyun said, "It started as a slump about work and became a severe slump about my life. I didn't realize I was getting so bad that I didn't know exactly what state I was in, but my brother came and told me about it," adding, "He's actually my savior. Having such a good brother and a family that doesn't give up on me feels like a great blessing to me."
AKMU's appearance on You Quiz on the Block will air on Apr. 1 at 8:45 p.m.
