Actor Robert Pattinson took a shot at his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart.
On the 28th (local time), Page Six reported that fans were going wild over the suspicion that Robert Pattinson, while mentioning 'red flags in relationships,' targeted his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart.
According to the report, last Thursday at the Rome premiere of his new film "the drama," a reporter asked Robert Pattinson, "When dating, which zodiac sign do you consider a danger sign (red flag)?" Pattinson answered, "Aries." He immediately added, "I was joking. I just picked one at random."
But after the interview was released the fallout was large. Social media users reacted that Pattinson was targeting his ex Kristen Stewart. That's because Stewart is actually an Aries.
One fan commented on a video posted on social media, "Stewart is an Aries," adding, "It's totally aimed at Kristen." Another fan questioned, "Coincidence? Really?" Photos from when Pattinson and Stewart co-starred in the film "Twilight" also appeared in the comments.
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart met in 2009 on the film "Twilight," which dealt with the love between a vampire and a human, and dated for about four years until 2013. The two played lovers across four films in the "Twilight" series.
But in 2012 Stewart was caught in a scandal after being seen having an affair with married director Rupert Sanders, who had worked with her on the film "Snow White and the Huntsman." Stewart later publicly apologized, calling it a "momentary lapse," and broke up with Pattinson.
In a 2021 interview with The New Yorker, Stewart reflected on her relationship with Pattinson, saying, "I was really completely obsessed. We were young and foolish," and added, "That is not to say we made it any better, but that relationship needed those feelings. And anyone who took that role needed to feel those feelings."
Afterward, Stewart began a romantic relationship with Dylan Meyer in 2019 and they held their wedding in April last year. Robert Pattinson has been dating Suki Waterhouse since 2018, and she gave birth to their first child in March 2024.
