Kim Jun-Ho falls into a reality check after seeing the rapid growth of the "single-parent juniors."
On the 28th (today) at 9 p.m., episode 43 of channel S's Ni-don-nae-san Dokbak Tour 4 (channel S, co-produced by SK Broadband) will feature Kim Dae-hee x Kim Jun-Ho x Jang Dong-min x You Se Yoon x Hong In-gyu tasting Sapporo's representative seafood dishes such as "uni-don" and "kaisen-don" with the "single-parent juniors" and building happy memories.
On that day, the "Dokbakz" meet Kim Dae-hee's wife, their eldest daughter Sa-yun, who came separately to visit, and Hong In-gyu's eldest son Tae-kyung to discuss the meal menu. Sa-yun, who recently attracted attention for dropping a year at Yonsei University and entering a college of oriental medicine, said, "I really wanted to try the famous "uni-don" in Hokkaido at least once," and You Se Yoon mentioned the staggering price, saying, "I recently ate "uni-don" in Tokyo, and because sea urchins haven't been caught lately they charged 90,000 won for one bowl." Then Kim Jun-Ho teased Sa-yun's budgeting, saying, "Sa-yun, do you have a lot of money? If you get stuck with the 'Dokbak' bill you have to pay 720,000 won, is that okay?" which sent everyone into laughter.
Amid cheerful banter, they head to the "uni-don" restaurant Sa-yun researched in advance. The "Dokbakz" beam with pride at the "single-parent juniors" who have grown up and act as "guides," and Jang Dong-min smiles fondly, saying, "Now the kids are leading us." Meanwhile the "newlywed" Kim Jun-Ho playfully grumbles, "How could someone without kids live without feeling sorry?" Then Jang Dong-min delivers a blunt reality check: "You should make a second child soon too. If you have a child now and they grow as much as Sa-yun, you'll be 70!" Kim Jun-Ho falls into a reality check, saying, "By 2046 my kid would be about Sa-yun's age, oh my god!"
Shortly after, the "Dokbakz" and their families arrive at the seafood restaurant, and Tae-kyung orders from the menu in fluent Japanese. Hong In-gyu, proud of his son's confident appearance, exclaims, "I really can't speak English or Japanese, but our son is amazing~" and his pride shoots up. The "Dokbakz" also give a thumbs-up and boast about Tae-kyung. Meanwhile Sa-yun asks, "Dad, how many dok are you at now?" worrying about Kim Dae-hee, and at the tender father-daughter moment Kim Jun-Ho bursts with jealousy, saying, "Oh, both of you are so annoying~" which brings a bittersweet laugh.
