MBC's "Manitto Club" delivers an exhilarating dopamine rush with an unprecedented, outlandish operation.
In episode 9 of MBC variety show "Manitto Club," airing at 6:05 p.m. on the 29th, third-generation members Cha Taehyun, Park Boyoung, Lee Sun-bin, Hwang Kwanghee and Kang Hoon take on individual manitto missions. Meticulous-seeming yet sloppy, and seemingly slapdash yet brilliant operations directed at their respective manittos follow, promising dynamic entertainment.
Kang Hoon prepares a delivery gift certificate as a present for Hwang Kwanghee. In particular, to give a delivery gift certificate that has no physical form, he plans to deliver it for the first time ever by "AirDrop," but he reportedly runs into an unexpected obstacle when it meets the keen instincts of Hwang Kwanghee, a veteran of the "Infinite Challenge" pursuit battle.
AirDrop requires approaching within a certain distance, and Kang Hoon says, "I'm going all in," approaching Hwang Kwanghee daringly with a paper bag over his head. He succeeds in narrowing the distance to just 2 meters, but sensing something suspicious, Hwang Kwanghee moves and a tense standoff ensues with a glass door between them, heightening the drama. Desperately, Kang Hoon grabs Hwang Kwanghee's phone and runs away, saying, "Please just look once," an extreme move that raises curiosity.
Meanwhile, Cha Taehyun once again mobilizes the "daughter's chance" to deliver a special cheering gift to Kang Hoon. He recruits his daughter and her friend as secret agents to plan a "girl fan event" for Kang Hoon. As Cha Taehyun secretly approaches the location where Kang Hoon is, he instructs the two agents, "Throw the gift and run," and also reminds them, "If we're caught, we don't know anything." Anticipation builds over whether the surprise operation by Cha Taehyun and his daughter, a real father-daughter team, will be successfully completed.
