The actor Ahn So-hee, formerly of the group Wonder Girls, drew a line under her activities as a singer.
On the 26th, a video featuring Ahn So-hee was posted on the YouTube channel "Insaeng84."
In the released video, Ahn So-hee talked with Kian84 about her recent life and future plans.
When Kian84 asked, "Aren't you going to sing anymore?" Ahn So-hee replied firmly, "I have now switched and am focusing only on acting." She went on to reveal, "I don't have regrets or things I'm sorry about, but I do miss it. I liked standing on stages like concerts or music shows, so I do miss the stage."
She said she is channeling that longing into theater. Ahn So-hee said, "The energy is a bit different. But theater also has an energy of concentration." She added, "I started theater the year before last and have continued without resting," explaining, "I do miss the taste of the stage, but theater has filled that a lot."
Ahn So-hee, who appeared in the play "Geuttaedo Oneul2" until recently, said, "Because it was a two-person play, the physical exertion was enormous. Taking on four roles alone took a lot of energy physically and emotionally."
She added, "I have hardly been able to spend personal time recently," and "For the time being I want to rest a bit and travel." She attracted attention by saying she is planning to live in Europe for a month and that it "has always been on my bucket list."
Meanwhile, Ahn So-hee debuted in 2007 as a member of the group Wonder Girls and left behind numerous hits such as "Tell Me," "So Hot," and "Nobody." She later switched to acting and continues to work in theater, drama, and film.
