On the 27th, a press conference for the Netflix daily entertainment show "Manhakdo Jissi" (directed by Jeong Dodam, produced by TEO) was held at a cafe in Sangam-dong, Seoul. The event was attended by Jee Seokjin, Oh My Girl member Mimi, and producer Jeong Dodam.
"Manhakdo Jissi" is a reality-focused knowledge exploration entertainment show that breaks down the barriers to knowledge with blunt questions. Broadcaster Jee Seokjin and Oh My Girl member Mimi serve as MCs, and each episode they explore light but wide-ranging knowledge with guests to soothe viewers' intellectual itches.
On the day, Mimi praised the chemistry with Jee Seokjin, saying, "Our rhythm matched so well. He helped lead things and guided the atmosphere so I just followed along. It wasn't an uncomfortable vertical relationship but a horizontal one. He led so I could be comfortable, so the whole shoot was so fun and a meaningful time."
In response, Jee Seokjin replied, "I told you to treat me like a friend," and Mimi also said, "We were about to speak informally," prompting laughter. She added, "He's kind of like a mountain. Wherever you go there's a mountain with you. But you can run around comfortably. He makes you feel warm. That part feels like a senior," expressing affection.
Then Jee Seokjin said, "We matched rhythms on 'Sixth Sense' but this is my first time doing talk. She has great sense. If it feels empty she jumps in. We get into word fights.
