Daybreak (Lee Won-seok, Kim Seon-il, Kim Jang-won, Jeong Yoo-jong) will release the digital single drip_DA (deulipda) today (27th) at 6 p.m. on various music sites.
drip_DA is an expression inspired by the word deulipda, meaning "forcefully" or "recklessly," and also carries the nuance of "drip," often used as a meme. It is characterized by wittily portraying the speaker who acts confident in front of the person they like but ultimately cannot hide their feelings and keeps spilling words.
In particular, the new song, written and composed by vocalist Lee Won-seok, strongly reflects Daybreak's distinct color, and the tropical house's refreshing rhythm and funky rock energy blend harmoniously, boasting a high level of completion.
