"Hwang Shin-hye's Let's Live Together" Hwang Shin-hye, Jang Yoon Jeong, and Jung Ga-eun each named their favorite BTS member.
On the 25th episode of KBS 1TV's "Hwang Shin-hye's Let's Live Together," Hwang Shin-hye, Jang Yoon Jeong, and Jung Ga-eun were shown visiting a flower shop that world stars BTS had visited.
That day, before going to see Jung Ga-eun's play, Hwang Shin-hye prepared a cooking class and a flower-arranging class. First, she visited cooking researcher Sun Mi-ja and introduced her as "Mi-ja unni, whom I really like and am very close to," saying, "Mi-ja unni once invited me and I had a fancy meal with friends. My daughter Jini also came."
The cooking class started in earnest, and the three learned various dishes recommended for guest tables such as soy-marinated boiled pork, seasoned aged kimchi, and seasoned wild chive and leek.
While cooking for some time, Hwang Shin-hye mentioned, "Mi-ja unni has an unusual background. She originally studied fashion design. She lived as a housewife for about 20 years," and Sun Mi-ja said, "I started cooking almost in my 50s. Because I started late," encouraging Jung Ga-eun, "You really can have hope."
Then Jung Ga-eun asked, "Since when have the two of you known each other?" Sun Mi-ja, who said they had known each other for seven or eight years, said, "The most important thing is that we clicked (with Hwang Shin-hye). She's more shy than you might think. If you don't know her well at first, it can be difficult. But once you open up, there's no barrier after that."
Sun Mi-ja, who often travels with Hwang Shin-hye, said, "You might think Shin-hye can't handle booking accommodations, restaurants, or travel arrangements, but she does it all," adding, "She can't delegate to others. People who, like me, don't know much enjoy following others the most," drawing attention.
Next, the three visited the flower shop that BTS had also visited. The flower shop was full of BTS photos. Jang Yoon Jeong asked, "There are BTS photos—what is your connection?"
The florist replied, "They took flower lessons with me," and Jung Ga-eun showed keen interest, asking, "Did the teacher teach them? Where did they sit when they did it?"
Furthermore, the three confessed their favorite BTS members and showed their fandom. Jung Ga-eun picked Jungkook, Jang Yoon Jeong picked Jimin, and Hwang Shin-hye picked J-Hope as their first choices, respectively.
After exchanging heartfelt conversation, the three began making bouquets in earnest. Jung Ga-eun made one for her daughter ahead of a piano recital, Jang Yoon Jeong made one to express both apology for not being able to attend a friend's daughter's wedding and congratulations, and Hwang Shin-hye prepared a birthday gift for her sister-in-law and completed a more glamorous bouquet than anyone else, attracting attention.
Having completed bouquets that matched their personalities, the three expressed a high sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Jang Yoon Jeong said, "Seeing what I made, I felt very proud and thought, 'Did I really make this?' I really wanted to deliver the gift quickly."
On the other hand, Hwang Shin-hye revealed, "It's nice when they're very pretty, but even after a day or two they start to wilt. I honestly told my daughter Jini that. Mom actually doesn't like flowers that much, so I've told her to ask for something else instead of flowers."
Even so, she added, "I am someone who likes flowers. Watching such beautiful things and learning was really fun."
