OWIS makes its first music show appearance.
Virtual girl group OWIS (Only When I Sleep, Serin·Haru·Summer·Soi·Yuni) will appear on Mnet's M Countdown airing at 6 p.m. today (26) to present the stage for the title track of their first mini album, "MUSEUM," on a music show for the first time.
The debut title track "MUSEUM" is a medium-tempo song notable for an addictive guitar riff that lingers in the ear. Member Summer participated in writing the lyrics, depicting the process of finding one's own light in another world that unfolds while asleep.
OWIS has been receiving praise for solid vocal ability and tasteful musicality since the release of the "MUSEUM" track and music video on the 23rd. In particular, the music video, which drew attention like an animated film, raised fans' expectations about how the performances teased in the video will be realized on the actual stage.
The team name OWIS stands for "Only When I Sleep," meaning "can be met only in dreams." Even before their official debut, OWIS, noted for a differentiated worldview and content, is meeting fans by operating a pop-up store at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido featuring three concepts that encompass a media exhibition and various merchandise until April 5.
