The band D82 (THE 8 TWO) successfully completed the first performance of its national tour concert.
D82 (Kim Chang-hyun, Han Seung-yoon, Kim Eun-se, Hwang Min-jae) met with audiences through the Seoul performance of the national tour concert "ACT TWO : 82" held on the 22nd at the Gureumarae Theater in Seoul. This performance, marking the start of the national tour, drew hot responses as it captured a more expanded musical color and deepened emotional lines at a time when fans' expectations were higher than ever.
D82 raised the immersion of the performance with stage composition that combined intense band sound and delicate sensitivity, and through live performances firmly imprinted their more developed musical capabilities and the band's unique color. The audience at the venue responded with cheers and singalongs, filling the concert hall with intense energy.
In particular, special stages were presented at the performance that day. Showcasing various stages including the unreleased new song "Maemi" and "I will always light you up," D82 added to the emotion by recreating the "Purple Postcard" stage once again, which had been a topic of conversation on KBS 2TV's Immortal Songs artist Sul Woon-do episode.
Leader Kim Chang-hyun said through Rockin' Korea, "As this is the performance that opens the start of the national tour, we prepared a lot to show a good stage, and the audience's warm response allowed us to put on an even more passionate performance. In addition to the national tour schedule, we ask for your great anticipation for our challenges, including the release of the new album "LUMINOUS" on April 17 and our planned Japan tour."
Meanwhile, D82's national tour "ACT TWO : 82" continues in major cities across the country such as Busan, Daegu and Daejeon. The Busan performance will be held at Geumsarak on the 28th, the Daegu performance at Club Heavy on the 29th, and the Daejeon performance at Interplay on April 12.
