On the 25th, the KBS2 program The Return of SUPERMAN (hereinafter "The Return of SUPERMAN") aired a scene showing Kim Jongmin visiting the home of Son Minsu and Im Rara, where the twins Gang-i and Dan-i live.
On that day, Kim Jongmin arrived at Son Minsu and Im Rara's home carrying housewarming gifts with both hands full. Before meeting the newborn, he washed his hands thoroughly and even checked oral hygiene and the thermometer, drawing admiration for his meticulous attention to hygiene.
Afterward, Kim Jongmin held Gang-i in his arms and kept exclaiming, "On TV they look full, but they're so small. Their stomach is more bloated than I thought. Why are their feet so thick? They're heavier than I expected."
Kim Jongmin explained the reason for visiting Son Minsu and Im Rara's home: "I've been watching them in the studio, and Gang-i and Dan-i are so pretty; I wanted to see them once. I wanted to receive good energy. I'm preparing for a second child."
Earlier, Kim Jongmin married a businesswoman 11 years his junior in April last year. Since then, he has repeatedly expressed his desire for a second child on various programs, and he also shared that he is currently working with his wife to prepare for a second child.
Meanwhile, Kim Jongmin confessed, "For now, we are planning for a daughter and a son, and we are trying to make as much effort as possible for their health," saying he has been quitting smoking and alcohol and focusing on health management.
He added, "I definitely want to do it naturally. I plan to conceive around April or May so the child will be born early next year," revealing a concrete plan and explaining, "I came because I wanted to learn childcare by watching the children and to see a second child with good energy."
