She showed everything from quiche made with eggs to egg gambas, egg soft-boiled with chijaki sauce, and oyakodon. Choi Hwa-jeong made a sauce by adding dill and garlic to yogurt and recommended putting it on soft-boiled eggs to eat. She also recommended egg gambas made by sautéing garlic in olive oil without shrimp and frying the egg, served with baguette toasted in olive oil. She said she also sprinkles olive oil on tomato juice, noting, "I drink tomato juice, and it's good to drizzle olive oil on it. They say tomato absorbs better when there is oil."
