'Groom School 2' Kim Seong-su goes down to Park So-yoon's hometown Ulsan and meets the prospective mother-in-law(?) for the first time.
The second episode of Channel A's Groom School 2 (CP Bae Han-su/PD Lim Jeong Gyu), which airs at 10 p.m. on Thursday the 26th, unfolds the second-day story of Kim Seong-su and Park So-yoon, who had a 'one-night, two-day' date in Yeongdeok.
Earlier, the two showed differences over the 'speed of physical affection' but dramatically succeeded in 'holding hands,' raising their excitement level. On the morning of the second day, they move from Yeongdeok to Ulsan and head to the pork ribs restaurant run by Park So-yoon's mother. But the moment Kim Seong-su spots Park So-yoon's mother sitting inside the restaurant, he bolts. Gathering his trembling composure, Kim Seong-su returns to the front of the restaurant and cheerfully greets Park So-yoon's mother. An awkward silence follows, and as customers come one by one, Kim Seong-su naturally takes on the serving. Park So-yoon's mother beams, saying, "You work well~," at Kim Seong-su's 'small talk' and 'Seong-sweet' side as he warmly chats with customers. After the customers leave, the three have time alone again, and Park So-yoon's mother carefully begins, "Where does my daughter like to go…" She also asks, while her daughter briefly steps away, "Have you perhaps thought about marriage?" Attention focuses on what answer Kim Seong-su will give to the prospective mother-in-law's question.
Meanwhile, 'principal' Lee Seung-Chul lavishes praise on Kim Seong-su for working hard alongside Park So-yoon's mother. He relates, "It seems good to meet someone while working like this. I also first met my son-in-law at the theater," then adds from his own experience, "After awkwardly greeting my son-in-law and immediately taking him to the wrap-up party, it became very comfortable."
