The group Baby DONT Cry completed the release of their new album and a fan showcase and officially kicked off their comeback activities.
Baby DONT Cry (Lee Hyun, Kumi, Mia, Benny) released their first mini album 'AFTER CRY' and the title track 'Bittersweet' on the 24th, and to commemorate it held a fan showcase at Blue Square ourWON Banking Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
On the day Baby DONT Cry made a dazzling opening with the pre-release song 'Shapeshifter' and received enthusiastic cheers from fans. They then held an album talk, sharing various stories including the messages in each track and behind-the-scenes of the work, and answered various questions matching the song titles to resolve fans' curiosities.
In addition, Baby DONT Cry offered abundant fun with a four-dimensional mission that showcased their quirky charm. They continued a variety of segments, including a mission to identify objects by touch alone, moving cat ears using a brainwave detector, and a relay challenge, bringing joyful laughter to "Cheriz" (the official fandom name).
In particular, Baby DONT Cry raised the excitement at the venue by debuting their new song stage. They showcased clear vocals and filled the audience with emotion with the track 'Tears On My Pillow', and in the title track 'Bittersweet' stage delivered a complete performance that imprinted Baby DONT Cry's musical color.
At the end of the stage, Baby DONT Cry expressed gratitude to "Cheriz," who supported them, saying, "We worked hard preparing this album, and we are thankful that so many of you came and cheered for us." They then performed their debut song 'F Girl', released in June last year, and their second digital single 'I DONT CARE', released in November, to close the showcase.
Through the showcase Baby DONT Cry completed a special time with fans and fired the starting shot for their comeback. As the album opens the first chapter of the "Tears" trilogy project newly presented in 2026, attention is focused on their moves as they pour out more developed musical capabilities on stage and aim to make an impression on K-pop fans once again.
