'믿듣퍼' MONSTA X unveiled the tracklist for their U.S. release, heating up anticipation for their comeback.
Starship Entertainment recently revealed the tracklist image for MONSTA X's U.S. release Unfold, set for release on Apr. 3, on the group's official SNS. The image, featuring stylish illustrations representing each track, hinted at a diverse musical spectrum across the album.
According to the released tracklist, Unfold will include a total of 10 tracks, including previously pre-released growing Pains and baby Blue, as well as heal, this!, before you met me, glass half empty, main attraction, enemies with benefits, on our way and sorry to myself.
Having shown a further expanded musical color through growing Pains and baby Blue, MONSTA X is expected to achieve both genre diversity and completeness on this album. In particular, just the composition of the released tracklist raises expectations that the album's narrative and emotional line will be unfolded organically, piquing fans' curiosity. In addition, interest is focused on which songs the inst. version audio teased in the spoiler video released earlier with the concept photos will ultimately become.
Unfold is the group's first U.S. release in about four years since their second U.S. full-length album The Dreaming, released in Dec. 2021. Having passed their 10th anniversary and entered their 11th year, MONSTA X has solidified its presence as a global artist through consistent musical challenges and a wealth of stage experience.
Notably, their first U.S. full-length album All About Luv reached No. 5 on the Billboard 200, the main Billboard album chart, and The Dreaming also charted for two consecutive weeks. Last year, their Korean mini album THE X also secured a place on that chart, proving their musicality and solid popularity.
This album is also expected to encompass 10 songs of different genres and moods, proving a deeper story and their boundless musical world.
After successfully launching their world tour THE X : NEXUS in Seoul in Jan., MONSTA X has since expanded the tour to Asia, meeting global fans. With performances scheduled in various countries and cities, including a show in Malaysia on the 28th, interest in the new release Unfold is rising.
Meanwhile, MONSTA X's U.S. release Unfold will be released on Apr. 3 at 12 a.m. in each country on music sites worldwide.
