Actor Lee Hae-in personally stepped forward to find tenants.
On the 24th, Lee Hae-in posted a video on her social account introducing a building located in Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
In the video, Lee emphasized that her building is a prime location just a three-minute walk from the subway station. She also introduced the currently vacant units and disclosed security deposits and monthly rents. She further promoted the building actively, saying "DM please."
Earlier, Lee had revealed that she purchased a building worth around 4 billion won. Lee, who last year took out about 3.2 billion won in loans to purchase a 4 billion won building, said that half of the building is currently vacant and noted, "I bought the building, but the monthly interest is 12 million won."
Lee said, "I collect 6 million won in monthly rent, so I have to pay 6 million won every month. There are six vacancies. Honestly, I'm scared. But I won't give up. From now on, I will show the process of filling the vacancies," foreshadowing life as a livelihood-type landlord.
Meanwhile, Lee debuted as a CF model in 2005 and became known through tvN's "Fun TV Rollercoaster."
