'Baeksajang 3' succeeded in setting a new record for highest sales.

The number of bibimbap sold in one day was as many as 113 bowls. This set a new record for highest sales. With this, the cumulative total reached 10,752 euros, leaving about 3.3 million won to reach the 1 billion-won goal.
Paik Jong-won predicted, 'If the evening service goes the same as yesterday, we will succeed in reaching 1 billion won in one day,' and devised a strategy to mobilize the most popular menus up to the sixth day. He also moved the opening time earlier to 6:30 and began business on the seventh day.
