The legendary comedy duo Lee Young-ja and Jeong Sun-hee reveal the unvarnished truth of a 30-year story.
Tonight (on the 23rd, Monday) at 8 p.m., episode 35 of tvN STORY "What am I leaving behind?" will feature the stars of the past hit "People of Geumchon's House," who will gather to share behind-the-scenes stories that alternate between tears and laughter. Invited by Jeong Sun-hee, this reunion, held for the first time in 30 years, raises curiosity about which members will attend.
In this episode, they recall the movie-like memory of Lee Young-ja and Jeong Sun-hee's first meeting. Lee Young-ja recognized the extraordinary talent of then-newcomer Jeong Sun-hee and offered to manage her personally. It was revealed that she cast Jeong Sun-hee in a startling anecdote in which she handed over a contract fee in a 007 bag amounting to the price of an apartment, surprising the cast.
But their friendship was not all smooth. There was a dizzying moment when Lee Young-ja, angry at something Jeong Sun-hee had said in the past, declared they were severing ties.
