BTS Jin shared a changed mindset.
On the 22nd, a video titled "With Jin" was posted on the YouTube channel "Insaeng84."
That day, buried in the snow, he began an interview with Kian84 and said, "Actually, I don't have any friends. Isn't hyung the one who hangs out with me?" Kian84 said, "Sometimes when you contact me at night I'm grateful," but Jin said, "But when hyung calls, you don't come out, do you?"
Then Kian84 said, "You call too late," and Jin confessed, "At 11 o'clock I want to drink, what can I do. Sometimes I drink alone, and neighborhood friends live nearby," to which Kian84 said, "So you release solo albums now, play games and drink alone at home."
Jin corrected, "Don't put it that way," and "I release solo albums, do tours, shoot commercials, and when I have time I play games and drink a little," he said.
Also, Kian84 marveled, "Usually when idols' experience accumulates their sharp synchronized choreography loosens, but BTS isn't like that — it's tougher." Jin said, "The members are good. I'm not that good. I think people should be good at self-objectification," and added, "Actually, I'm the type who pushes myself with my face," which drew laughter.
Jin, who debuted at 22, is now 35. Kian84 asked, "What has changed the most in that time?"
Jin said, "My mindset has rather changed for the better," and "In the past I thought I'd just do it moderately for about seven years and then leave. Honestly, that feeling was strong. But as I kept doing it, it gradually became fun and sincere," he said.
He added, "I'm grateful to the fans, and because of that I thought maybe I can be more sincere. I didn't expect to do this for so long. As time went on that feeling grew. I became more positive."
