On 'Running Man,' actor Park Shin-yang returned looking unchanged. Even after 13 years, his unchanged appearance drew attention.
On the 22nd episode of Running Man, as the members transformed into 'detectives,' a detective mission set against an art exhibition unfolded with Park Shin-yang appearing as the client.
That day Park Shin-yang said, "Masterpieces have arrived from countries around the world to celebrate the exhibition, and one of them has gone missing," requesting help with the case. He continued, "The genuine piece is hidden among several forgeries, and a hint is contained within the painting," explaining and prompting the start of serious deduction.
As the members toured the exhibition, they were deeply engrossed in appreciating the works. In particular, Kim Jong Kook looked at a painting of a turtle and shared behind-the-scenes, saying, "This is a piece Park Shin-yang painted as a favor for his daughter," and regarding the apple painting he explained, "It was the first picture I drew as a child," embarking on a 'bragging about knowledge.' When Yu Jae-seok retorted, "I already heard that on another show," Kim Jong Kook grumbled, "Can I keep saying the same thing?" drawing laughter. When Yu Jae-seok responded, "You only said the facts," Kim Jong Kook said, "I get so absorbed in the paintings I forget to look for hints," wrapping up the situation and filling the scene with laughter.
Above all, the highlight of the day was the reenactment of Park Shin-yang's legendary scene. He performed the piano scene from the drama Paris Lover live again after 22 years, delivering deep immersion with a live performance. The members marveled, "Still cool," and Jee Seokjin expressed surprise at his unchanged visuals, saying, "It seems you haven't aged."
Park Shin-yang showed the same presence in his first return to 'Running Man' in 13 years. He shared a warm reunion with the members, saying, "Everyone is the same," and left a strong impression on viewers with an appearance that belied the passage of time.<
