Two months after her divorce was finalized, actress Nicole Kidman was photographed getting close to an Australian actor.
On the 21st (local time) The Sun reported, "Nicole Kidman has opened her heart," saying, "On the 3rd at the New York red carpet premiere, she was photographed holding hands with Simon Baker, her co-star in the Amazon Prime series "Scarpetta," and they were seen being affectionate and close at the after-party."
A source told reporters, "Nicole and Simon's close relationship is definitely the talk of the moment. On screen the two show amazing chemistry, and seeing them together in person makes it clear that the chemistry isn't staged."
Meanwhile, another source close to the two said, "That's not entirely true. The two have known each other for many years and are just good friends, that's all." Nicole Kidman is known to be the godmother of a son born to Simon Baker and his ex-wife.
Nicole Kidman plays a forensic scientist in "Scarpetta," and Simon Baker, the actor from "The Mentalist," plays her husband.
Nicole Kidman married actor Tom Cruise in 1990 but divorced in 2001, and later married singer Keith Urban in 2006. However, she filed for divorce after 19 years of marriage last September, and the divorce was finalized last January.
