This child is the second born between her and her boyfriend Oli Green (29), who is 15 years her junior and with whom she has been dating since 2022. The two showed steadfast affection, announcing the birth of their first daughter at the end of 2023 and soon after sharing news of the third. Sienna Miller also has a 13-year-old daughter, Marlow, with her former partner Tom Sturridge.
In the past, Sienna Miller frankly expressed in media interviews the pressure she felt to expand her family after her 40s. She shared her anxieties about infertility, confessing to freezing her eggs and saying, "Biologically, the 40s are a harsh time for women," which resonated with many women.

She added, "I want to reach a point where I don't have to joke to myself about having a baby as I get older," showing she confidently faces society's views on late-age pregnancy and childbirth.
