Global artist Jennie (JENNIE) continues to set unmatched records.
On the 20th (local time), the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced on its official website that the title track of Jennie's first solo full-length album "Ruby," "like JENNIE," has been certified platinum.
Earlier, Jennie received her first platinum certification for the collaboration "One Of The Girls" with The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp. With "like JENNIE," which previously held a gold certification, now receiving platinum, Jennie adds a second platinum certification, proving her formidable global power.
In addition, Jennie's tracks from "Ruby," the pre-release "ExtraL (feat. Doechii)" and "Mantra," each received gold certification. With this additional platinum certification, Jennie now holds two platinum and two gold certifications, reaffirming her strong influence in the global music market.
The RIAA awards certifications based on digital single and album sales: gold (500,000 units or more), platinum (1,000,000 units or more), multi-platinum (2,000,000 units or more), and diamond (10,000,000 units or more).
