On the 20th broadcast of KBS 2TV Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant (hereafter "Fun-Staurant"), two new pen chefs appeared. The protagonists were national actor Park Shin-yang, who created numerous hits, and Japanese top model Yano Shiho, the partner of Choo Sung Hoon and the mother of national niece Sarang. Just being able to see the two people on Fun-Staurant was amazing, and their current lives and daily routines were themselves full of unexpected twists, making for an interesting time.
True to her status as a top Japanese model, Yano Shiho drew admiration from the moment she appeared in leggings with a smooth body line that made it hard to believe she was under 50. Yano Shiho began her morning with stretching and a difficult yoga pose of doing a handstand without leaning on the wall. In the past, Park Shin-yang seriously injured his back during the filming of the drama Paris Lover, underwent emergency surgery, and due to continuing health deterioration ultimately stopped acting after the 2019 KBS drama drama The Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho. That Park Shin-yang appeared in stained work clothes at a large warehouse in Andong, Gyeongbuk, surprised everyone.
Living in a container inside the warehouse and riding an electric scooter around the warehouse, Park Shin-yang's appearance led the Fun-Staurant family to worry, "Did he become suddenly poor?" In fact, after stopping his acting activities, Park Shin-yang could not contain his urge for expression, and, missing friends from his study period in Russia, he took up a brush and became a painter. Park Shin-yang became the first actor-turned-painter to hold an exhibition at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts.
