Starship's new boy group IDID showcased vintage-style visuals in Shanghai.
IDID (IDID·Jang Yonghun, Kim Minjae, Park Wonbin, Chu Yuchan, Park Sunghyun, Baek Junhyuk, Jeong Semin) posted a new video of their self-produced content "Naldid (NALDID)" on IDID's official SNS on the 19th. The members, who greeted the morning in Shanghai, experienced wanghong-style makeup and offered global fans a unique spectacle.
IDID transformed into different stylings to match the concepts provided by the production team, from "bodyguard" Jang Yonghun to "bard" Kim Minjae, "guardian" Park Wonbin, "emperor" Chu Yuchan, "swordsman" Park Sunghyun, "gentleman" Baek Junhyuk, and "youngest gentleman" Jeong Semin. As a fresh masculine beauty style took shape, Chu Yuchan's "long hair" transformation ignited a styling competition among the members, heating up the scene. As a result, IDID emerged with visuals reminiscent of protagonists from period dramas.
After completing their transformations, IDID captivated attention while shooting a pictorial at Yu Garden, a representative attraction in Shanghai. The arrival of the members drew concentrated attention from those at the scene, and after the shoot they spent relaxed time enjoying street snacks. In particular, IDID's presence shone amid the crowds that naturally gathered at each "mukbang" moment, drawing attention.
Fans who watched the "Naldid (NALDID)" content featuring IDID's global style experience reacted variously, saying "IDID's content sense is extraordinary," "the scale of their self-produced content is surprising," "their visuals shine even locally," and "looking forward to the next content," expressing anticipation for the fan concert.
IDID, the seven-member boy group ambitiously launched by Starship, is an all-rounder idol that debuted last September, recognized for dance, singing, charm, and communication with fans. They made a name for themselves as the next top group with their debut album "I did it. (I did it.)" and the digital single "PUSH BACK (Push Back)."
Meanwhile, IDID's first fan concert "WITHID it." will be held at Ticketlink 1975 Theater at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, and 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 5, and will also be streamed live online via the global platform Beyond LIVE. Ticket reservations will open on Ticketlink, with fan club presales starting at 8 p.m. on Monday, March 23, and general sales starting at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25.<
