On "Kwon Il-yong's crime rules," a drunken driver who staged a frenzied escape in the middle of the city appears. When the driver spotted the police, he repeatedly made sudden lane changes and continued a dizzying sprint, crashing into a building's outer wall and seeming to stop, but when the police closed in he suddenly turned and began to narrowly weave through a tight alley. When the vehicle was surrounded on the road, he showed even more reckless spontaneous behavior, shocking everyone. On "Korea's death row inmates," the program focuses on notorious serial killer Jeong Nam-gyu, who took pleasure in murder to the extent of saying, "I feel exhilaration from the smell of blood."
