Autopsy results showed excessive amounts of benzodiazepine-class drugs, a type of psychotropic medication, in the bodies of both deceased. One month after her arrest, the suspect's identity was revealed as 20-year-old woman Kim So-young. She is believed to have given hangover remedies laced with preprepared drugs to cause two deaths and render four people unconscious over four months. She even showed nonchalance by leaving the motel with delivery food while the men who had lost consciousness were left unattended.
Kim So-young said she only sedated the men with psychiatric medication prescribed to avoid unwanted physical contact and did not expect them to die. Is her claim true?
