Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant model Yano Shiho revealed surprising news about her husband Choo Sung Hoon's recent condition.
On the 20th, KBS2's Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant (hereinafter "Fun-Staurant") aired, and after her husband Choo Sung Hoon, newcomer pen-chef Yano Shiho appeared, ambitiously aiming for the win.
While showing her daily life at her accommodation in Korea, Yano Shiho showcased her special healthy diet cooking called "macrobiotic." Entering the kitchen, Yano Shiho said, "I'm going to make macrobiotic rice," and explained, "Macrobiotics is cooking that follows the order of the universe," drawing attention.
Yano Shiho added, "It's a diet where if you eat grains, vegetables, protein and seaweed together, you can properly take in the nutrients your body needs." She said that through this diet, which is wildly popular not only in Japan but also in Europe and the United States, she has maintained a toned figure for several years. She then smiled brightly and said, "If you eat well, you don't age and you become healthy."
While preparing yam dishes, Yano Shiho tasted raw yam and exclaimed, "It's really delicious," adding, "Yam is called 'an eel that comes from the mountain.' It's good for vitality," which caused a stir on set.
Then Yano Shiho said she should feed yam to Choo Sung Hoon and explained why. Yano Shiho candidly confessed, "Choo Sang recently had menopause and has been taking medication. He takes menopausal medicine when he wakes up in the morning. He takes it every day. It seems like he is menopausal. I should feed yam to Choo Sang," drawing big laughter.
