Actor Im Soo-hyang shared news that she is starting anew in a new home with a Han River Police view.
On the 20th, a video titled "Hello everyone, I'm Im Soo-hyang.. I have something to say | Soo-hyang New home tour" was uploaded to the 'Im Soo-hyangMuTurtleAndCrane' channel.
That day Im Soo-hyang appeared in an unfamiliar place unlike usual. She said, "I think I should explain this a little before we go. Because this isn't a new channel but the existing Im Soo-hyangMuTurtleAndCrane channel, so there's been a bit of a change. Previously I handled the editing separately and sometimes they filmed for me, operating under that system, but it became too overwhelming. So I joined a YouTube production company. So a new production team came. So it's very awkward," she confessed.
She went on, "My house has changed a lot. Finally I moved. I cleaned up a lot. I cut the house in half. I moved into this house with the idea of pursuing minimalism," and she added, "(The contract) expired, and these days this is the problem. Jeonse.. that's right," expressing unspoken hardships that drew laughter.
Afterwards Im Soo-hyang introduced her new home. She said, "It's a very cozy living room. I sold all the furniture that was originally here. So I reset it to suit this house. I really wanted a round-shaped sofa. But those kinds of sofas are very uncomfortable. This one is more comfortable than I thought. It's pretty. What I like about it is that it's so nice to drape over like this. You know what I mean? It's comfortable to sit like a freelancer," she said, expressing satisfaction.
She continued, "And this is a single chair sofa; I really wanted a boucle chair. I don't usually use such bright tones, but this house got a bit smaller, didn't it? If dark tones are used, the house would look narrower. So I matched the furniture as much as possible in one tone like ivory and light shades," she explained.
After introducing the quaint kitchen, Im Soo-hyang said, "This is the closet. The closet became much smaller. Originally the view here was really good. This is the room with the best Han River Police view, but because of the clothes," she said with regret.
Next she headed to the study, where a desk sat by a window with a Han River Police view right in front. Im Soo-hyang said, "I replaced the desk with a smaller one. I used to use a bigger desk, but here I read scripts and transcribe Dale Carnegie's book," and she added, "This is the 'Gangnam Beauty' script, and a really old 'New Tales of Gisaeng' script. They're almost relics," as she took out the scripts shelved on the bookcase.
Seeing this, the production staff said, "They're sleek, aren't they?" and a flustered Im Soo-hyang pointed at the trophies and laughed, saying, "There must be scripts I worked hard on, right? Actually I used to treat what I do like paper. How many times have I read them that they're tattered. I worked hard, right? Hurry up and film. Film over there too. I worked hard on this."
Finally showing the bedroom, Im Soo-hyang said, "The bedroom is a place that should be filmed at night originally. It's just like this. It's a bedroom. This is it," and she looked embarrassed.
