Comedian Kim Joon-hyun is leaving the agency he had been with for five years to start anew.
On the 19th, a representative of SM C&C told OSEN, "It is correct that the exclusive contract with Kim Joon-hyun has expired."
After his exclusive contract with JDB Entertainment expired in 2021, Kim Joon-hyun moved to SM C&C and continued with them for five years, but recently decided to part ways.
Kim Joon-hyun, who debuted in 2007 as part of KBS's 22nd class of public-recruit comedians, gained love for many catchphrases through "Gag Concert," and is currently appearing on KBS2's "Immortal Songs," MBC Every1's "Welcome, First Time in Korea?", Comedy TV's "Delicious Guys," and others.
Meanwhile, SM C&C houses many broadcasters active in various fields, including Kang Ho-dong, Jun Hyun-moo, Seo Jang-hoon, and Jang Do-youn.
