Actor Ryu Hae-jun will appear in ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama "Scarecrow."
"Scarecrow" (directed by Park Jun-woo, written by Lee Ji-hyun) is a crime investigation thriller drama that unfolds when a detective investigating the true perpetrator of a serial murder case unexpectedly forms a cooperative relationship with someone he despised, and it has raised expectations with the confirmed participation of accomplished actors such as Park Hae-soo, Lee Heejun and Kwak Sun-young.
Ryu Hae-jun is the youngest detective at Gangseong Police Station and the junior to Kang Tae-Ju (Park Hae-soo), a character who sincerely respects and follows Tae-Ju. Ryu Hae-jun will portray the awkward but sincere youngest detective with a restrained performance while interacting with senior actors.
Meanwhile, Ryu Hae-jun has become known for showing a range of characters with a fresh look in various works. In the drama "Our Blues," he delivered delicate emotional acting as the young version of actor Lee Byung-hun, and in "See You in My 19th Life" he made his presence felt as Lee Ji-seok, the eldest son of a large corporation. Afterwards, in works such as "Connection," "Face Me," "Hyper Knife," "Hunter with a Scalpel," and "Shin's Project," he captured viewers' attention in short but pivotal roles.
Having steadily built his filmography in this way, attention is focused on what impressive performance Ryu Hae-jun will deliver through "Scarecrow."
ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama "Scarecrow" will premiere on ENA on Apr. 20 and will also be available on KT Jini TV.
