March 19, 2026, marks the sixth anniversary of the death of the late Lee Chi-hoon. He passed away on March 19, 2020, at age 32.
Lee Chi-hoon visited a hospital with body ache symptoms and lymphadenitis and developed a high fever. Although his COVID-19 test was negative, he was diagnosed with bacterial encephalitis and died of acute sepsis while receiving treatment.
Before his death, Lee Chi-hoon left a post on his channel community saying, "I have been going in and out of the hospital for lymphadenitis for two days, and today a severe body ache has been added.
