Voice actor and broadcaster Seo Yu-ri revealed the settlement agreement she wrote with her ex-husband, producer Choi Byeong-gil, at the time of their divorce and expressed frustration.
On the 19th, Seo Yu-ri posted a photo on her personal social media with the caption "When can I receive it?"
The released photo contained the settlement agreement Seo Yu-ri and her ex-husband, producer Choi Byeong-gil, prepared at the time of their divorce.
According to the agreement, producer Choi Byeong-gil was to pay Seo Yu-ri a total of 323 million won as a property division by Dec. 31, 2024. However, if payment was delayed, the parties agreed to add interest at an annual rate of 12% starting Jan. 1, 2025.
The agreement also states, "There shall be no property division arising from the divorce other than 320 million won," and "If Choi Byeong-gil violates payment, Seo Yu-ri may claim payment of the amount through separate litigation."
Although more than one year has passed since the promised deadline, Seo Yu-ri is believed not to have yet received the agreed property division amount.
Meanwhile, Seo Yu-ri and producer Choi Byeong-gil married in 2019 but ended their marriage in June 2024. They had no children.
