Chef Raymond Kim and actress Kim Ji-woo revealed the chemistry of a real-life couple during a meal out with their daughter.
On the 18th, the YouTube channel "Raymon Kim's Life Meat" posted a video titled "A pizza place famous in the U.S. now has only a few left in Korea." The video showed Raymond Kim and Kim Ji-woo visiting a pizzeria with their daughter Rua.
That day Kim Ji-woo recalled, "I liked this place even when I was in the U.S., so I came often," and Raymond Kim also expressed delight, saying, "When I first came to Korea and lived near Gangnam Station, I came here often for about two years."
The warm mood lasted only a short time as their conversation turned to "the perks of being an adult" and unexpectedly became a battleground. When Kim Ji-woo said, "When I was young I had to choose just one hamburger, but now I can order everything I want," Raymond Kim asked a practical question, "If you order two sets, what about the french fries?"
Kim Ji-woo firmly countered, "There is a ratio for hamburgers and french fries. You have to eat them as a set," and Raymond Kim shot back, "Leftover fries don't taste good," as they bickered playfully.
When Kim Ji-woo insisted, "If there are leftovers, you can put them in the fridge and eat them later," Raymond Kim, putting on a serious face, retorted, "Then they really don't taste good," eliciting laughter.
During this, Raymond Kim showed a tender side by removing and serving a pizza topping that Kim Ji-woo had regretted. He told their daughter, "When you become an adult, it's nice that you can add what you want and remove what you don't," offering the same advice to her.
Meanwhile, amid their parents' childish(?) squabble, their daughter Rua remained calmly focused on her meal, and the video captions added the phrase "Rua, who is used to her parents' childish fights," adding to the humor.<
