"Bae Chul-soo's Music Camp" marked its 36th anniversary on the air.
On the 19th, MBC Radio's "Bae Chul-soo's Music Camp" (abbreviated as BaeCamp) announced its 36th anniversary and news of special programming.
"Bae Chul-soo's Music Camp" began its first broadcast in 1990 and has been a long-running radio program holding the same time slot for 36 years. With consistent song selections, in-depth music discussions, and DJ Bae Chul-soo's characteristic straightforward hosting, it has established itself as a representative music program that spans generations.
In particular, the program has connected listeners' daily lives and memories by sharing the flow and sensibilities of the times through music. As a result, it has been loved unchangingly for a long time and stands as an iconic radio program.
A special segment was also prepared to commemorate the 36th anniversary. Regular guests, including music critic Lim Jin-mo from the "School of Rock" corner, as well as Bae Sun-tak, Shin Hye-rim, Jeon Ju-hyun, and writer Kim Se-yun, will all appear to present a talent show. In particular, writer Shin Hye-rim has prepared a special stage to add a novel charm.
The production team also raised expectations by saying they will unveil official 36th-anniversary merchandise, the "BaeCamp hooded zip-up."
