Singer Lee Seung-Chul said he will become a grandfather this fall.
On the 18th, the YouTube channel Noppakku Tak Jae-Hoon uploaded a video titled "A solo Song Hae-na who sets up blind dates and gives others dating advice and the henpecked Lee Seung-Chul."
That day, the guest Lee Seung-Chul was introduced as born Dec. 5, 1966, age 59, and he said awkwardly, "Why do you talk about age?"
However, in response to the remark, "He was hailed as a living legend and the live emperor who dominated the music scene, but now he's become a shrinking man who can't utter a word in front of his wife," he replied, "It's okay. I live with love," showing his devoted-husband side.
To that, Tak Jae-Hoon joked, "There is a lot I know, but I won't say it because it's not official. Songs for songs, music for music, women for women," and Lee Seung-Chul said, "A grandchild will be born this fall."
When asked how it feels to become a grandfather, he expressed joy, saying, "It's wonderful."
Tak Jae-Hoon asked again, "Seeing a grandchild is a happy thing, but haven't you already spent your youth and now become a grandfather?" and Lee Seung-Chul said, "I'm a somewhat young grandfather."
Meanwhile, Lee Seung-Chul married actress Kang Moon-Young in 1995 but divorced after two years. He later remarried in 2007 to a businessman two years his senior, and they had two daughters.
