Comedian Heo Anna said she is currently living as a gig worker.
On the 17th, SBS 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' (hereinafter Same Bed, Different Dreams 2) featured Heo Anna and Oh Kyung-joo as guests.
Heo Anna said she recently had thyroid surgery following a traffic accident. She drank in front of her husband, who runs a shop, and bickered about why there were no customers.
Watching Heo Anna and Oh Kyung-joo's breakfast, Hong Hyun-hee pointed out that it seemed like there was no everyday conversation. Heo Anna fired off questions she had wondered about to her husband, and Oh Kyung-joo's short answers left Heo Anna frustrated. Heo Anna said, "I feel like I've been living as a reporter for 15 years."
After finishing the meal, Heo Anna took something out in front of her husband. Heo Anna explained, "These days I'm active as an influencer. I'm a 팔이피플. I originally liked group buying so I started selling. It has become my main source of income."
Later, Heo Anna said while submitting her profile, "These days I have dreams of being an actress. I'm directly printing my profile and submitting it to film companies or production companies." Hong Hyun-hee chimed in, "(Her looks are) award-worthy for an actress." Heo Anna shared the good news: "I circulated my profile for about a year and one (bore fruit). I passed an audition and even filmed a movie."
Running the shop alone, Oh Kyung-joo said his dream is for Heo Anna to succeed and added, "When I stopped doing comedy I felt regret. When I thought I should quit, I felt bittersweet. From then on I didn't watch comedy programs, afraid my thoughts would change."
He continued, "Income is irregular. I thought that if I lived a precarious, nonregular worker's life even though I was married, we could collapse financially. I wanted to be of help to Anna too," and said he gave up his own dream for Heo Anna.
