Park Jae-hyun was living alone in a studio of about 4 pyeong provided by the company. The refrigerator contained only water, kimchi and frozen rice, creating a sad impression of someone living with the bare minimum of belongings. Seeing this, Jang Yoon Jeong expressed concern, saying, "Why is he living like that again?"
Park Jae-hyun was continuing a new life by going to work in a restaurant kitchen from early morning. He said it had been about a month since he started working in the food service industry. He revealed that he had tried businesses several times over the years but failed each time. He attempted running a YouTube channel as well as insurance sales, designated driver services and a Vietnam business, but none went as planned, and the business failures worsened his financial situation.
Park Jae-hyun said, "When I come home I sometimes feel depressed, thinking, 'Why am I doing this here?'" but added, "I want to earn a lot of money and live happily with my daughter," showing the will to get back up. Watching this, his ex-wife said plainly, "He looks lonely alone, but would I have divorced him without thinking about that? Still, at this level I think he's doing fine on his own."
