Comedian Lee Seyoung revealed an absurd message she received from a friend who bullied her during her school years.
On the 16th, the YouTube channel "영평티비 YPTV" uploaded a video titled "A kid who used to bully me in school slid into my DMs while I do my makeup." The video shows Lee Seyoung doing her makeup while recounting what she experienced during her school years.
That day Lee Seyoung said, "What happened was I got a DM," bringing fans up to date. She added, "I was ostracized in the first year of high school. It started when a friend who had been a bully in middle school ended up in the same class."
She said, "If that friend didn't like someone, they would take turns ostracizing them, and I was the first victim," and recalled, "In the cafeteria they suddenly said, 'You're ugly.' I was deeply hurt then."
She said that the conflicts continued and she eventually became isolated from the group, "When I stood in front, everyone cursed at me. I was too scared so I pretended not to hear and passed by," and added, "It was really hard then."
The problem came later. Lee Seyoung said, "Recently I got a DM from that friend," and revealed, "The message said, 'I've seen you on TV these days. I remember you bullied me, so shut up and live quietly.'" which shocked viewers.
In response, Lee Seyoung said, "I was so incredulous. I asked, 'Don't you remember? Weren't you the one who ostracized me first?'" expressing her frustration. But the other party denied it, saying, "Your memory is wrong," and Lee Seyoung countered by even sending her graduation photo.
After sharing the DM with her classmates, responses followed such as "I support suing" and "I'll be a witness," and even a classmate who is an actual lawyer stepped forward. Lee Seyoung conveyed this to the other party and demanded verification of the facts, but said she was ultimately blocked, adding to her bitterness.
Meanwhile, Lee Seyoung previously attracted attention by confessing that she invested about 100 million won in past plastic surgery and procedures.
