'Welcome, first time in Korea?' Paco delivers a cheerful first account of his visit to Korea.
On the 19th, after completing reorganization, MBC every1's 'Welcome, first time in Korea?' will unveil itself. The protagonist opening the renewed show's first broadcast is Paco, a global social media star from Paris, France, famously called the 'Eiffel Tower Korean wooer.'
Paco is the figure who won the hearts of tourists in front of the Eiffel Tower with his fluent Korean, and he is already a well-known person among Koreans. In this episode, Paco directly confesses why he fell so deeply in love with Korea and the Korean language, and his overwhelming feelings at finally coming to the Korea of his dreams, raising curiosity.
Along with this, the arrival scene of Paco and his two close friends Max and Jamil, who are as interested in Korea as Paco, is revealed. As soon as they entered the country, the airport was swarmed with numerous Korean fans who recognized Paco, quickly resembling a mini fan meeting. Paco responds to everyone who recognizes him with his characteristic positive reactions and bright smile, showing special fan service befitting a 'global insider.'
With his fluent Korean skills, Paco reads airport signs effortlessly and confidently leads his friends Max and Jamil. He even gives his friends a lecture on Korean culture and ultimately provokes laughter with his boundless trust in the 'K-conscience,' saying, "There are no bad people in Korea," as he leaves his luggage unattended and enters a cafe.
What surprised the three most was Korea's subway. Unlike France's subway, which has a history of more than 100 years, they could not stop praising the clean, state-of-the-art facilities of Korea's subway. Also, unlike France, where delays are frequent due to strikes and other reasons, the Paris trio, having directly experienced Korea's public transportation system that departs exactly on time, kept expressing admiration.
