Singer Taejin-ah demanded an apology from comedian Lee Yong-sik.
On the 17th episode of MBN 'Gahwamansaseong', Lee Yong-sik's health condition and an episode that occurred during a past ssireum (Korean wrestling) match with Taejin-ah were revealed.
Lee Yong-sik, when told his walking looked uncomfortable, said, "It's been a long time. I twisted my ankle while playing soccer. Last winter I twisted my ankle again, and since then the ankle pain worsened and when I went to the hospital for tests they said the bone was fine and that it was okay. So whenever I had pain I used patches and hot compresses together. However, the pain has not gone away," he said.
Meanwhile, Lee Yong-sik said, "In a past broadcast we split into a singers team and a comedians team and had a ssireum tournament. In the final I faced Taejin-ah, and the moment I grabbed Taejin-ah's satba (wrestling belt) and pressed, there was a 'puk' sound from Taejin-ah's leg. Since then Taejin-ah calls whenever the monsoon season comes. He says he will take legal action, but I will call him," he said.
Lee Yong-sik connected by phone to Taejin-ah. Taejin-ah said, "My left ankle still hurts when it's winter or the weather is bad. It aches," and said, "I've said in the past that I would hire a lawyer, but it's not because of money. I want Lee Yong-sik to come, kneel and apologize." In response, Lee Yong-sik said, "I'm sorry," and apologized, prompting laughter.
