Disney+ will release the nationwide fashion survival show Style Wars, which selects the best-dressed person in Korea, in 2026.
Disney+'s original variety show Style Wars is a fashion survival where 72 fashion people, regardless of age, occupation, experience or fame, remove their ranks and compete solely with style. With a differentiated concept that competes using a sense of style and individuality as weapons, it promises new entertainment.
In particular, Style Wars draws attention as a nationwide fashion survival anyone who loves fashion can challenge. From designers and stylists to models and other fashion industry workers, self-proclaimed fashion celebrities, neighborhood fashion kings and college fashionistas, a diverse range of participants regardless of age, occupation or experience will gather. From teenage fashion hopefuls to stylish grandfathers in their 70s, the 72 participants, each with different personalities and styles, will fiercely compete using "style" and "individuality" as weapons, and the final one who best showcases their own fashion sense will win.
The show will be enlivened by style icon Hyeri, who has worked as an actress and flawlessly pulled off a variety of fashion styles, serving as the MC of Style Wars. Joining her are experts representing various fields of fashion and style as judges, drawing attention. Model-turned broadcaster Hong Jin Kyung, loved for her unique personality, Jung Wook-joon, creative director of global designer brand JUUN.J, model-turned actor and fashion icon Bae Jung-nam, and fashion stylist and creator Chief Choi will participate as judges, sharply evaluating participants' style and individuality and adding to the program's appeal.
Also, the production company of the Single's Inferno series, which drew attention with its original planning and fresh fun, and the writers of Kian's Bizarre B&B have joined forces, raising expectations. Through style battles among participants full of personality and unpredictable survival missions, it is expected to offer even more diverse viewing points.
