Hollywood actor Zendaya Coleman finally spoke directly about wedding rumors with Tom Holland.
Zendaya appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote the film "the drama," in which she co-starred with Robert Pattinson. And she finally addressed the marriage rumors with Tom Holland.
Jimmy Kimmel asked Zendaya that day if she had seen the recent news headlines, referring to the wedding rumors with Tom Holland that have flared up over the past few weeks. In response, Zendaya jokingly said, "Really? I didn't see any of them."
Kimmel also mentioned the "fake wedding photos" of Tom Holland that spread on social media. Zendaya replied, "A lot of people were fooled by it. When I was just walking around in real life, people were saying, 'The wedding photos are so pretty.' So I said, 'Honey, that's AI. It's not real.'"
She added that even among close acquaintances there were people who believed the "AI wedding photos," and confirmed that they were hurt, thinking they had not been invited to the wedding.
Earlier this month, Roch, Zendaya's longtime stylist, sparked controversy on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards by saying, "The wedding already happened. You missed it." He was referring to Zendaya and Tom Holland's wedding.
Later, Zendaya attended the Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards held on the 12th, and the thin "wedding band" on her left ring finger was revealed, creating an atmosphere that the wedding rumors were becoming a fait accompli.
Their engagement was first reported in January last year. At the time, Zendaya appeared at the Golden Globes wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger. It was also reported that a proposal took place quietly and privately between Christmas and New Year's in 2024.
Zendaya and Tom Holland became close after meeting on the film Spider-Man: Homecoming and later developed a romantic relationship. They also co-starred in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and they both appear in Christopher Nolan's new film Odyssey, scheduled to be released domestically on July 15.
