Comedian Jung Kyung-mi visited Malja Show to personally explain rumors of discord caused by her husband Yoon Hyung-bin.
On the afternoon of the 16th, KBS 2TV's Malja Show featured comedians Jung Kyung-mi and Kim Kyung-ah, who talked together.
That day the two said they shared commonalities of being former comedians, having comedian husbands, and having two children. Kim Young-hee said, "Jung Kyung-mi also has two children," and Jung Kyung-mi said, "They are 13 and 7. There is a six-year age gap."
Hearing this, Kim Young-hee said, "Love runs deep," and Jung Kyung-mi joked, emphasizing, "The second was through in vitro fertilization," which drew laughter. Jung Kyung-mi laughed, "I love him. I love him, but the second was through in vitro fertilization."
When it was said that there is no "first divorce" among comedian couples, Kim Kyung-ah said, "Because hierarchy is clear in the comedian world, you can't get in line if you don't come out among our seniors," and Jung Kyung-mi agreed, "If someone up top blows it open, it would cascade. Everyone is watching the cue game." Jung Kyung-mi added, "I think there are a few, but they're quiet," prompting laughter.
In particular, Jung Kyung-mi said she recently had something she wanted to clarify and emphasized, "Recently an article about discord came out about what Yoon Hyung-bin said on YouTube. There were articles like 'I thought they lived well but I can't stand Jung Kyung-mi's looks.' We are living very well. We are living very happily," she said.
To this, Jung Beom-gyun asked, "Does Yoon Hyung-bin come home often?" and Jung Kyung-mi replied, "He came yesterday," making the set burst into laughter. Jung Kyung-mi said, "We're living well. I want to say we are nothing," she said.
The discord Jung Kyung-mi addressed was revealed last month through Yoon Hyung-bin's YouTube. At the time Yoon Hyung-bin met with the couple Oh Na-mi and said, "I think I have my own stubbornness. If I had married someone other than my wife, we might have broken up. Because it's my wife, she controls me and lives, that's the feeling," he said. Oh Na-mi chimed in, "Senior Kyung-mi is very wise."
Yoon Hyung-bin said, "I don't know why (Jung Kyung-mi) got angry. Her expression and mood were bad. She was giving me the look. Recently I couldn't send her to school a few times. She was sleeping. Implicitly (I was doing it). She didn't wake up and went to school on her own," he recounted a recent anecdote.
Furthermore, Yoon Hyung-bin mentioned a sense of distance with Jung Kyung-mi and reflected on himself, saying, "It seems that school drop-off is not the only problem. I don't know what to do. I don't know what I did wrong, but if she was very angry I should try to talk and resolve it, but I come out thinking, 'What did I do wrong for her to be angry?'"
Meanwhile, Jung Kyung-mi married Yoon Hyung-bin in 2013 and they have one son and one daughter.
