Actor Lee Young-ae visited the filming location of 'Dae Jang Geum' for the first time in 22 years.
Lee Young-ae posted photos on her personal SNS on the 16th, saying, "Jang-geum~!!! How long has it been. I'm so happy I'm in tears and moved," and uploaded the pictures. The released photos show Lee Young-ae visiting the MBC drama 'Dae Jang Geum' filming site located near Oedolgae on Jeju Island.
In particular, in the photos Lee Young-ae laughed in front of a signboard featuring her past image. Lee Young-ae's appearance, unchanged from when she appeared in 'Dae Jang Geum,' highlighted her natural beauty that seemed to defy age and the passage of time.
'Dae Jang Geum' is a drama that depicts the process of the protagonist Jang-geum entering the palace and becoming the first royal medical lady. It aired as a 54-episode series from 2003 to 2004 and enjoyed tremendous popularity.
Among these, Lee Young-ae gave an outstanding performance in the title role of Jang-geum. Even though 22 years have passed since the show's conclusion, Lee Young-ae's unchanged recent condition drew attention.
