Actor Kim Eui-sung cheerfully revealed the secret to a long-term relationship that has continued for 15 years.
On the 15th, the SBS show My Little Old Boy aired and revealed the daily life of actor Bae Yu Ram, who has appeared in dramas such as Taxi Driver and Reply 1988 and films such as Exit and Midnight Runners.
On that broadcast, when asked about the secret that allowed him to maintain a relationship for 15 years, Kim Eui-sung paused to think and then took a sip of water. He then joked, "Well, isn't the secret to think you are dead and stay still?" and added, "You have to endure somehow," turning the set into a sea of laughter.
Kim Eui-sung revealed that he had gone through two divorces in the past and caused a stir by describing himself as a "rolling single." He is currently in a stable relationship with a girlfriend two years his junior.
He also expressed a positive view of middle-age dating. Kim Eui-sung said, "I actively support dating that begins later in life," conveying his conviction.
Regarding the advantages of middle-age dating, he explained, "When people meet later in life, they know that they have already fought over trivial things," and added, "There are fewer fights that are emotionally draining like when you are young," drawing sympathy from the cast.
